When I was 10 years old, I was left with the responsibility of preparing lunch for my two sisters. As you can easily imagine, I burned the food quite a few times... but since then cooking has been a joy!

I like cooking everything, but my favourite recipes are cakes, biscuits and desserts. I enjoy preparing gorgeous meals and I often have a house full of people. My friends love coming to my house for a good Italian meal. I love watching the smiles on their faces when they try to guess which special dessert I have prepared. They know there is always a delicious cake waiting in my kitchen!
